MMB Research Inc.
Tonight, my antivirus ran a scan on my wi-fi connection and reported that among the devices connected to my wi-fi was MMB Research Inc. So I'm suspicous because I have don't know the reason for this ...

Probably not. This isn't really a router issue.
You'll have to try to track down what this connection is.
The router just allows things to use the wifi.
Look at the devices that are connected and try to find the one that has anything to do with MMB Research Inc.
