Model Id: R6700v3 Network Speed issues
This past Summer, I upgraded my Verizon FIOS to be provisioned at 400 MBPS up and down and installed a Netgear Nighthawk instead of a Verizon router At that time, I confirmed that speed (400 over 40...
I tried the suggestion: Network Wizard
Still getting only 200 MBPS speedTest from Verizon
Other speed tests showing about 250 MBPC
In other words, no change
a screenshot of Windows 10 Task Manager seems to show FIOS is capped at 200 MBPS
Any other suggestions?

I don't know how to interpret that image.
Looks like something in Windows rather than the router.
