No but it wasn’t apparent when I bought the product that it was life limited and then I am told I have to buy a service agreement that costs more than the router did. Quite the racket.

So with out more details and trying the suggestions, maybe worth seeing if anything helps to get the router working. Hard to know if you don't try and give more details.
