Model R8000 suddenly only allowed devices to connect to 2.4 ghz
Never had this problem before about a month ago, when trying to connect to the two 5g networks it says cant connect to this network while connecting to the 2.4 ghz one is fine. There are no new firmware updates available and troubleshooting or restarting have not worked more than 5 minutes.

Connect what?
Have you tried the usual "forget and reconnect" move.
Tell these devices to forget the old WiFi connection and then set it up again.
Do you have "Smart Connect" enabled?
There are no new firmware updates available and troubleshooting or restarting have not worked more than 5 minutes.How do you know that there are no new firmware updates available? Unfortunately, these don't always shown up in the usual checks. The only way to confirm this is to tell us the version number of your current firmware.
Not sure that I understand what you mean by "not worked more than 5 minutes".
