Moved, nighthawk r7000 still giving old speeds from previous address

Firmware Version V1.0.11.126_10.2.112 Netgear nighthawk r7000   At my old address I had Optimum getting 200Mbps down/35 up. My new address I have FiOS and I pay for 300/300. I use the same router...

There has to be at least one and maybe more devices between the Ethernet plug in the wall and the Fios fiber optic cable.

 

Do you live in an apartment/condo/single family home?

I don’t have a modem, the setup is literally wall -> router -> pc. When I go wall -> pc I get the speeds I pay for, but then I can’t use wifi in the rest of the apartment.
