My Netgear does'nt see router..

Hi all,

From couple days my wifi extender does not see router. Its weird because router is visible by laptop or phone but extender doesnt see them. 

Im using them from one year, wasn't any problem till now. 

Im living on second floor, main router is on ground floor and because sometimes wifi wasnt enough strong  I have start using wifi extender. 

As you can see on pictures wifi VM1171159 is visible by laptop, phone the same - but is not visible by Extender.

I restarted router, extender, laptop, phone.. no results.

I made manufacture back settings - doesnt help.

Extender see networks from my neighbours whos using the same provider (Virgin Media) but doesn't see my..when in the same time this network is recognized by laptop...

Neighbours are using the same provider, as you can see, and my router see them but not my..

..any ideas?
