My nighthawk r8000 doesnt connect to my internet
My router shows offline and I can’t connect to the wifi, the modem doesn’t connect to the router and sometimes I have trouble finding the router with my app. Any suggestions?
What modem do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
What are all the led's on the router doing?
Are you able to access the routers gui?
- I have a modem provided by my internet supplier, I can’t tel you the firmware Bc I have trouble with the app. For some reason it doesn’t let me in. Either says it can’t find the router or doesn’t let me sign in I select forgot passed and I get an error page. The led lights are all solid white. I’m not sure what GUI is honestly sorry.

Basically it means logging in through the broswer and not through the app. The app can be unreliable at times.
Best bet is to connect to the router with a pc/laptop over hadwired connection and try access it.
