My Parental Controls cannot Find my son's new iPad

Question

I signed up for the free trial of Parental Controls to see if I works for my family. So for I have loved it. My son receive a new iPad 9th generation for his birthday and I cannot locate this on the device list AT ALL to put under his profile. It was very easy to find all three of my son's devices and assign them accordingly until he received this new device. Please help! I can't have one kid with unlimited access to the web and his device.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
