My router does not allow me to save my DNS servers settings
I'm not sure that I put the rounter name correctly, but if not, my router name is NighthawkAX8AX6000 WiFI Cable Modem
Router, Model CAX80. Since I got the router/modem i wasnt allowed to change my settings on my device. For example, when I try to change the DNS Servers, it doesn't save my settings, if anyone knows why this is please let me know.

what error are you getting?
what dns settings are you trying to use?
Again, what actually happens? Screen snips/better description helps.
I put 8.8.8.8 as my primary and 8.8.4.4 as my secondary DNS, than I hit apply and the page refreshes like it does when I try to apply something on the site. But nothing saved, the text becomes empty, and I know that I didn't not get any errors because before I put the wrong DNS Server and it gave me a error. I do have some boxes for Internet Setup page that say undefine, I don't know if thats maybe part of it or the reason,
