Hi Michael,
Thanks for your tips and instruction. I did all as requested:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
Now, I have internet access. Many thanks again

I hate that there is no way to contact an actual person but you have 90 compimetary support service! How do you have that when you cannot call anyone...Please help
my Netgear says I am connected but my phone, tv, and computer say other wise
