N600 C3700 Upstream
So this happened a few days a ago, so im usually connected to the public xfinity hotspot while gaming becuase it gives me way better ping then my netgear router (even with ethernet) but it gives bett...
The C3700 shouldn't have an "xfinity hotspot". That's part of xifnity's modem/router devices. Maybe you're connecting to a neighbors when you connect to that.
In terms of your c3700, take a screen snip of the cable connections page and logs and post them back here.
