Need help to manually install firmware

You bricked your router. You need to do a TFTP procedure: https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-client
One thing to try before you go down the TFTP road as suggested by microchip8 :
- Press reset for 30 seconds
- Keep pressing reset while removing power
- Keep pressing reset for another 30 seconds while apply power
There's a faint chance that this will get you into "recovery mode" and can then use the conventional method to upgrade the firmware.
If that fails, then TFTP it is.
