Need longer USB cable

Is it possible to get a longer USB cable for this adaptor ?

    Buy some indusry standard USB A (USB 2.0 or better) extension cable (male - female).

    You can always buy after market usb cable extenders. Past a certain distance though you'd need to move from passive cables to active powered cables or even usb---ethernet adapters. So it depends on how far of distance you're talking.
