Need more range for Nighthawk AC1900

Until recently, I could get WiFi in every room in my house. Suddenly, the room farthest from my modem router (1 1/2 floors and the width of my house away) became out of bounds, even with an extender that in the past had sufficiently boosted the signal. Guests brought in a mobile hotspot that seems to solve the problem. I'd appreciate recommendations for either the best extender or hotspot for my current equipment. If it makes a difference, my ISP is Comcast. Thanks in advance for your guidance!

How big is your home and what materials is it made of?

You could upgrade to a mesh system and use the C7000 as modem.

That'd allow you to add satellites as needed if you're needing extra coverage.

2776 sf, 1978 sf livable space, redwood & stucco siding. Cable modem is 1 1/2 floors below and the width of the house away from the problem area.

A single decent extender might cover it but if it didn't already (not sure which one you have), it might be worth checking into the mesh system
