Need to log onto Netgear to ascertain currenty band width

Internet a little slow today, cant log onto Netgear to check band width.  I have had only two email addresses associated with Netgear, but when logging on states invalid and/or account not found.  In addition, I don't remember the password.  Is there any way to log in securely and/or retrieve account and password PLEASE?
