Hello , i would like to know if the R9000 has the 802.1Q protocol , if so ,how to active it to use it . Thanks

Check the user manual for VLAN information and support. Most routers only have VLAN support for ISP services.
For LAN side VLAN, those are mostly kept to the LAN switch domain.

in fact, i want to connect my R9000 to my ISP's router (witch i convert to a bridge) , a priori i will need 802.1Q .

Ask the ISP if any VLAN configuration is needed.

What is that ISP router and how is it bridged?
I ask because "bridge" means different things in different contexts.
If you do have problems, have you considered using the ISP's router as a router and the R9000 is an access point?
It is a case if weighing up which router best meets your needs.
