Neither App or Chrome Access Allows Name or Icon Assignment
I like staying organized and have all my devices named and an icon assigned. However, no matter what I do neither the App nor direct access via Chrome will allow me to assign a name or icon to my iPh...

Where are you looking? Direct access on what? Chrome runs on many platforms.

Though Genie would not work on my iPhone (just says upgrade to Nighthawk app), I was able to get it to work on my Windows 10 PC. I was able to change the icon and name in the Genie app, but the change, unfortunately, did not appear in the Nighthawk app... alas. I think I am going to classify this as a bug in the app if it does not work properly on legacy Netgear products, especially those that I have come to view as well-built workhorses. It still does the job in all other areas. Just grates at my OCD. đ Thanks for your help, Michael!
