Duckware,
This worked. My public IP changed and I'm back on the website, so I was definitely blocked by the hosting service. Thank you for the input and GREAT TECHNICAL HELP!!!!

When you ping, do you get an IP address? When you traceroute to the site, does it go past your router? Can you connect wirelessly to your smartphone hotspot and everything works? I assume you did not play around with the local 'hosts' file (adding an entry for that site)?
I had this happen once to my own site and it was because I did something (unknown; but I assume too many connects in a short period of time) that triggered a firewall rule at the hosting company -- which then blocked my ip address.
Try changing your public ip address. Do this by changing the WAN MAC address (in the router) from default router mac address to the mac address of your PC ethernet, and then reboot modem and router. Most of the time, this causes a new public ip address. Google "what is my ip address" will tell you. Do this before and after to confirm it changed.
Help?

No IP Address through router when I ping
On a tracert, I've attached this - but it does go past my router.Works fine on wireless or hotspot. Did not play with local hosts file.
You may well be right on the Hosting Service blocking my public IP, which I assume is related to my router IP address? I was making multiple changes to the website the last several days. The site disconnected when I was making changes to the website in the backend due to some error and then I couldn't get it to load again.
Can you provide step x step instructions to reset the WAN MAC address on the router since I've never done this before.

What, exactly, does that mean to you? See "As usual, [...]", above.

Thanks. Not an expert on networks/networkd devices. How do I choose a new MAC address? This network has multiple laptops and devices attached to it, so it is pretty clear I shouldn't use the MAC from one laptop.
