Netgear AC1750 Firmware update?
Currently running Firmware version v1.0.5.128. Just upgraded internet to 1 gig and router only supports half that. Is there a firmware update for this model to be able to use the full gig or do I need to buy a new router? Thanks for any input.

AC1750 is not a Netgear model number. It is a marketing label and there are several AC1750 devices.
Look on the nameplate on the back of the router. What is the model number? Something that begins with an R.
The design of any AC1750 rated device is several generations old and is most likely past end of service. You would do good to look for a replacement.
