Netgear ac1900 offline
Me and my fiance just moved appartments and are now having an issue with outlook router saying cables aren't connected, so we went out and bought new cables and put new cables in today and reset the router and it's still saying cables not detected. Then on our phones it says connected without internet. Today is Sunday and so we can't contact anyone to see if there is a problem with the wall, bit it was working just fine before we moved 2 days ago. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

ac1900 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
What is the modem/gateway in front of the router? What does the Internet come from?

...it was working just fine before we moved 2 days ago.You have moved, so the Internet service has changed. First thing to get the thing to forget the old setup and get the router back to its factory settings and see if it will recognise the new Internet service.
