Netgear AC2000 Router Not Working But Internet Works
My internet is working, but the AC2000 router (R6850) is not working with laptops/cellphones. I reset my router but that did not solve the problem. My TV works connecting to the wifi which is strange as the streaming works on the TV perfectly.
Can anybody help? This router is almost 3 years old.
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What firmware is on the router?
What actual error do you get when you try to connect?

Additional information would be very helpful.
When you say "not working", do you mean you can see the Wi-Fi SSID from your laptops/cellphones and not connect, or your cannot see the SSID?
What is the brand name and model number of the modem that is upstream feeding your R6850?
Can you log in to the router's user interface?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What firmware is on the router?
What actual error do you get when you try to connect?
