netgear ac2600

hi, i set up my ac2600 with arris modem (exfinity) tg-1682g Im just paying for wi fi but cable box is still there but unpluged from power, but coax is still in. I am getting connected but no internet... i have also done all the resets as instructed...tks in advance

    The  tg-1682g is a modem/router combo device. If you're connecting another router to it, you either need to put the  tg-1682g in modem only mode or put the netgear in access point mode (one or the other). That'll fix the double nat you're in.
