NETGEAR AC750 wifi adsl 2+ Modem Router - Doesn't Work is it a con?
This Netgear 35 series has never worked for us we have a wired cisco 800 modem so put it aside whne brought as a problem child - We want to use this new bit of kit again but cannot ket it to work ...

That makes approximately no sense to me. It might help if you
provided some real-world information, like, say, which "my ISP", which
"a static IP address", and with what that address might be "not
compateble". And why you believe that anything is not compatible with
anything else. What you think that you have "identified" is much less
interesting.
