Netgear bad . They forced renewal of support for my Orbi RBK23

I have an Orbi system which works fairly well.

In early 2020 I bought a 6 month support subscription because it stopped working. My son fixed it and I felt silly having paid over 50 euro for the support. I did not call the support after that first day when they half-fixed it and my son did the rest.

Now, Netgear has 'automatically renewed' my subscription. I never asked for nor agreed to this. How can they do that?

My profile on My Netgear shows no automatic sunscription. How do I get them to give my mony back?

    Tried calling the number you paid for?

     

    You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.

     

    Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. They just have a lot of collective experience and are familiar with the sort of problems that turn up here.

     

    If you want "official" support then you should go through the right channels.
