1. how are you testing? wired/wireless?
2. Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and logs? that helps us check the connection.
3. If you have any spiltters, amplifiers, or cable attenuators in the coax line, i'd recommend removing them.
4. what modem/router was it before?

Not sure if you are referring to this page.
3. I do not have any of them connected.

1. make sure to test speeds hardwired into the router. this ensures that it isn't a wireless issue.
2. 30mbps is actually pretty decent if testing over 2.4ghz. Its slow over 5ghz. 5ghz is much much faster but it doesn't penetrate objects as well or broadcast as far
3. Pictures have to be approved by a moderator and can take days. If you click "choose file" and attach each photo individually, then I can download/look at them
4. the cable connections page is when you first log into the device (through the browser), you click on the internet icon. That'll bring you to the cable connections page. It shows the modems channels, signal strengths, etc. get that whole page.
5. here's how you get the events logs

6. The arris was a 24x8 modem versus the C6300 is a 16x4 modem. The arris was better in terms of modem side. But regardless both should be able to hit 150mbps.
