2 things you try.
1. disable dos attack log. it can bog down the processor and it isn't really beneficial.
2. keep track of the times it slows down and you have to reboot it. Your logs have t3 issues but I'm curious if it relates to when you're having issues since there isn't an abundance of them. And when you reboot the router, it clears out the cable connections page/errors.
