NETGEAR D7000 Nighthawk - Cannot login to router page

Hello

I'm using a D7000 router and although the speed is very good I frequently get a "No internet, connected" status, if I disconnect from the Wifi and reconnect I regain connection very quickly but it's still very annoying.

So I'm trying to log into the router settings but I am not able, I get the usual help page about clearing your cache

I also tried on my phone, but get the same page. And I also tried to login using the Genie app but nothing happens there either.

I used the reset this morning, and it does load the setting page properly the first time I connect after a reset, but once the connection is established I can no longer access the page :/

The installed firmware is v. 1.0.1.74 which is the latest AFAIK

Thanks for any help

I believe that I understood it the first time.

"192.168.0.2" looks like the IP address of your computer, not the
    router's LAN IP address.

"can no longer" is not a useful problem description.  It does not
say what you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As
usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

If you're using a "routerlogin" name in a web browser, then try the
    router's LAN IP address, instead.

I haven't seen a problem with wireless connections (only a total
freeze at about monthly intervals), so I have no wisdom on that.

I'm sorry, this is what I meant:

After resetting the router, the first connection succesfully reaches routerlogin.net and I can enter the username and password to connect.

However once that is done I can no longer reach routerlogin.net anymore, I instead get this support page https://www.netgear.com/home/products/networking/routerlogincom.html

I've tried several different browsers and a phone and I get the same result.

      I tried connecting to the IP but it says "192.168.0.2 refused to connect" (I have Kaspersky and Windows firewall disabled also}

"192.168.0.2" looks like the IP address of your computer, not the
        router's LAN IP address.
