Netgear Genie login

Hello, Fellow Netgear Router users! 
I've recently trying to access the Router's genie page. I have been having trouble and I forgot my password so I performed a Factory Reset. 

It still asks me the security question which I forgot. The warranty for me experied less then a year ago. How can I perform a factory reset, and use the default Username:"admin" and Password: "password" and access the genie page?
