Netgear Modem and Nighthawk no internet connection

1. I have a netgear Voice Cable modem CM1150V.
2. Don't know - can't get connected to the router
3. Possibly - but not apparently. We've had a number of power outages due to storms. As I said initially, we had slow internet, and freezes (I was on Zoom) and then it stopped working entirely.
4. LEDs All white: Power, 2.4 5.O #2 port (i have a plug in it) and the wifi on and WPS button, only the internet LED is blinking amber. The others are off.

R6700[v1], R6700v2, or R6700v3? Look for "Model" on the product
label.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Beyond the
basic set-up instructions, look for the LED descriptions and
"Troubleshoot". Further reading might not hurt, either.

"can't" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Your router has its own little management web site, built in. You
don't need an Internet connection to talk to your own router. Think
about it. If an Internet connection were needed to allow you to
configure a router to get an Internet connection, then very few people
would have an Internet connection.
I have read, and read and read. I have both manuals downloaded. It does seem that the issue is that the modem is not connecting to the router. We've tried a brand new router and had the same issue. The amber light continues to blink whether on the old or the new router.
