Netgear N300 WiFi Range - Extender

Model WN30000RPv3

Ethernet connection to a desktop works and have internet service.
The WiFi connection to all other devoid not work. And the Client Link LED light is not on!
Suggestions!

    Whatever it is, it is ancient. N300 is almost 20th century.

     

    As this is a range extender, I assume that it is connected to something else.
