Netgear Night Hawk R8000P - USB Printer / READYSHARE Printer not working or USB Control centre

Hi All,

 

Just to give you a brief, I have Netgear Router with below details and a Canon G1010 printer.

Hardware Version R8000P
Firmware Version V1.4.3.88_1.3.50
GUI Language Version V1.4.3.86_2.1.46.1
Operation Mode AP

 

I am trying to setup this printer as USB printer, and followed this guide on the website. However when I run the "Netgear USB control Centre" app it shows nothing.

So far I only re-installed the drivers for netgear usb (NetUSB) and disabled the Kaspersky Total Security to no avail.

 

Can someone suggest if this will even work ?
