Your title says R7000 but you have selected R7800 in product.
yes R7000 support but not R7800. As both are differet SOC. procy so the later wont support and it is different architecture altogether.Hope this clarify the query. You can install vpn but using Custom firmware but alike stock from Voxel. Search on SNB forum
