Details are key.
1. what router is it? (model number)
2. what firmware is on it?
3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
4. What speeds (both upload and download) do you pay for?
5. how big is your home and what is it made of?
6. what actually happens when it drops? Does it say "connected, no internet'? Does just one device fall off the network? Does the ssid stop broadcasting entirely?
7. what usually fixes the issue?
8. Is it isolated to 1 or a couple devices (Like the sonos)?
Kind of key in determining if your setup is enough for your home or not.
