Netgear Nighthawk R7000 - Medion PC - can't see 5G Connection

Everything is working well iphone and Mac can connect to the 5G Port. But our other PC from Medion with Windows 10 from 2015 can not see/connect to 5G - only 2G. What I need to do? My son is very unh...

    Hi MartinaHberg54,

     

    Check the adapter of the PC if it supports 5GHz. It could be the reason why it won't detect the 5Ghz.
