Netgear nighthawk R7000

Question

Hello,I have problem with connection to web interface of my router Netgear nighthawk R7000 (AC1900).Router has static IP (192.168.0.10)After restarting it is possible to connect and configure router via web interface on 192.168.0.10After couple weeks it is not possible any more until router is restarted.Internet connection for WiFi users works all the time.I was not able to find solution of this problem. Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

Your ISP modem seems to have a built in router already.&nbsp;This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.2. What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

I recommend using 192.168.0.1 and setting the DHCP IP address pool range to .100 to .200.&nbsp;

Firmware version is: R7000-V1.0.11.116_10.2.100 (on previous versions was the same problem)

IPS modem is CBN (COMPAL BROADBAND NETWORK) - CH6643E

UTP cables are CAT6 (probably it's not a problem because wifi users have stable internet connection)

IP 192.168.0.1 can't be used (busy by other device)

Yes, it's correct Netgear router is used as a second router behind ISP router.I understand that I have a double NAT condition, but in my case it's not a problem.Double NAT can (!) cause troubles for the end users behind the 2nd router with:Online games, VPN connections, Port forwarding and triggering, Secure websites that use SSL&nbsp;In my case I need two different private networks and I don't have any users with the internet connection problems.My problem is that I'm not able to connect to UI of Netgear router not from LAN side (2nd private network), neither from WAN side (1st private network) after a couple weeks of operation. Netgear router is visible from both sides with static IP addresses and only restart of the Netgear router solves the problem for some time.In my point of view it's not caused by double NAT.Thanks for your suggestions and solutions, but they change my netwerk topology.&nbsp;

I believe you should be able to reach the host routers web page thru the R7000 while it's behind the host router, You'll not be able to reach the R7000 web page from the host router in that direction thru the R7000 WAN port. You'll have to be on the R7000 side for that.&nbsp;
