netgear nighthawk R8500 firmware updating with a MAC/Apple

nighthawk R8500 cant update firmware, nothing is working im a mac apple user   what can I do????

Use Safari or FireFox or Opera browsers to manually update the FW on the router:

Need to download the FW file from NGs support site first:

https://www.netgear.com/support/

 

Also this router is EoL as well:

So no newer FW versions will be forth coming.
