Netgear Nighthawk R8500 SSID's
I created two SSID's: BOBKAT and BOBKAT1. BOBKAT is configured for 2.4GHz and BOBKAT1 for the 5GHz. All of my PC's show both SSID's in which to connect to the network connection screen except ...

If a client can't see 2.4 & 5g it's usually because said client isn't dual band.
Settings are incorrect in the client properties,
Client drivers need updating,
Client cannot receive the selected channel used by the router.
Which Guest .......2.4 or 5g ....... it does make a difference. I'm guessing 2.4 seeing how the guest SSID didn't end in 5g
User error.

it is actually tri-band. i think it is setup correctly as the other 3 PC's in my house all show both SSID's (BOBKAT and BOBKAT1). It is only 1 PC that does not. It only displays BOBKAT.

I was referring to the 1 client that doesn't see both.

Thanks for the clarification... The one client that only sees the BOBKAT network can sees the NETGEAR-Guest network. I enabled that one as a test....
Any other ideas are welcomed.
