Netgear Nighthawk X10 (R9000) Built-in Plex Server Private & Public IPs the same
Netgear Nighthawk X10 (R9000) Built-in Plex Server Private & Public IPs the same (see screenshot). Private and Public IPs should be different.
Sort of at the end of my troubleshooting. Can't figure out where to set the private IP to either my router at 192.168.1.1 or loopback at 127.0.0.1. The router itself won't allow port forwarding from the Router IP.

Followed all of the troubleshooting here https://support.plex.tv/articles/200289506-remote-access/?utm_campaign=Plex%20Apps&utm_medium=Plex%20Web&utm_source=Plex%20Apps
And other sources on the internet.
Appreciate the help!

Darren M: Thanks!
I read and tried that thread. While I didn't contact the ISP specifically, I have several services forwarded to my external IP with no issues so I can access them remotely.
This still doesn't cover the fact that both my external and internal Plex IPs are listed as the external IP. Is there some deep configuration to set? Command-line remote? Should I just factory reset the router?
