Just bought the X10 R9000 today and when I powered it up, the WiFi lights for 2.4 and 5 did not light up.

Did you try pushing and holding the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds? It might have gotten hit during install/removal from packaging.

Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
still only works at 60GHZ, 2.4Ghz and 5GHz inactive.
Whats it show in the browser's gui?
If you just bought it, I'd probably exchange it if you can't get it enabled through the browser.
