Can you point to a message from you that went ignored? Or are you just feeling shouty today? Sounds like you have got a lot to get off your chest.
Calm down and start thinking rationally.
You have changed your Internet service.
You dug out an old device that was set up to run on the old Internet service.
The settings for the old service will have been completely different from the new service.
You need to get your old stuff back to its original settings so that you can set up your network all over again.
This isn't a kettle you are using. You can't just unplug a device from one network and slap it into another one.
If you need help with some of your other problems – Russian invaders for example – reduce the issue to the basics, without all the life history, and someone might be able to help.

I went through official support channels, they wont admit its their firmware, they had me exchange the router, even convinced me it was the Cox modem so I spent a chunk of change on THEIR high end cable modem. Tons of posts about this in this community forums, I pointed that out to support and they could not care any less.

Done that for four months, did all the proper channels, testing etc.

The Netgear has ONLY been on this internet service, Cable company router was giving me 760Mpbs, Dlink was giving me 790Mbps, wanted more speed, Cox said probably my router couldnt handle it and admited their Panoramic wifi cant, so I picked up this Netgear R8000 to help, WORKED great on .28 and I would leave it there if the port scanning wasnt making it reset every few hours.

Old Dlink was factory reset the moment I hooked it up, I always factory reset when changing providers

I dont know how to respond to this without sound like a smart ass because the statment is laughable.

OK simple as it gets:
- Issue, .28 firmware gives me full speed but is rebooting due to port scanning
- .68/.74 firmware is cutting my internet speed by 2/3rds but not rebooting
