   Huh?  What does "try remote access" mean to you?  Why would port 3389
have anything to do with it?

   "ping my public IP [address]" from _where_?  Actual command?  Actual
error message?

   What is your "my public IP [address]"?  If you're worried about
revealing secrets (like, say, a public IP address), then the top half of
the address, "a.b" out of "a.b.c.d", would satisfy most of my curiosity.
Or, plug that address into the form at: https://whois.arin.net/ , and
see if it is a public or private address.

   What does "my Ip [address]" mean to you?  Do you, personally, have an
IP address, or do you mean the IP address of some network interface in
some device or other, or what?  Which part of "actual" was unclear to
you?

the LAN of some other NAT router.
