Netgear R6120
Is setting up a Vpn possible with this device?

NETGEAR routers have very limited VPN capabilities. Better grab the manual of your model and look into it... you know, RTFM
Ask the people whose VPN you plan to use. They will know which devices work on their network.
The R6120 is a bottom of the range router. It doesn't even have 1000 Mbps LAN ports. Don't expect much.
