Seems like the new Firmware Version 1.0.4.128 is holding up so far with me getting 475mbps on a 500mbps plan for wired..

DexterJB. I tried contacting support as one of my first steps, however, technical support ended for me around 9 months ago. Hardware warranty is still good until end of this month, but it is not a HW issue. If you would be so kind and take this case to higher levels that would be outstanding! It seems to be a common problem with other users and not just an isolated issue. Probably a much larger issue too except only prevalent with those that have fast internet and cat5e/cat6 wired connections. It won’t be noticeable with wifi. Thank you. -alchle
