Netgear R7000 AC 1900 Routers will not update to the latest Firmware

I have two Netgear R7000 AC 1900 Routers set up as Access Points in our rooms with the TV's connected wired with Cat6a Cable from our Comb Modem/Router.  When I look up the latest version of Firmware I find this online (v1.0.11.136) The versions on my routers is (v1.0.11.126). When I search for the latest version in each router it tells me there are no newer updates.  How can I get the routers updated to the newest firmware?

    Download the FW from NG's site, extract it and use the router's Web Interface to flash it?
