What "the latest" verison do you have? We ask for a reason and the R7000 isn't known for the best firmware or for even "on the latest" when people say it is.
And what gateway/modem do you have? I didn't need who you're isp is, I needed what gateway model it is

firmware have
V1.0.9.88_10.2.88Isp cosmote router is Speedport Smart 3 https://www.joom.com/en/products/5dc2c5d78b45130101f4fcaf
diffrent countries take just change abit for needs, but have also another router modem from isp older one speedport plus tried both sam issue . can figure it out.

1. You're not on the latest. The R7000's latest is 1.0.11.110. The agreed upon fastest/stablest is 1.0.9.42. I'd try upgrading over a hardwired connection, doing a factory reset, and then a clean install. If that doesn't help, then I'd try the same process with the older firmware. https://www.netgear.com/support/product/r7000.aspx
2. Your modem isn't just a modem. Its a modem/router combo device. it causes a double nat. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Fixes for that? 1. put the speedport in modem/only passthrough mode. Or you could put the r7000 in access point mode. That would leave only 1 device running routing.

funny mine shows that there is no newer version than one i have ill upload this version 1.0.11.110 reset try if does not work ill try version
1.0.9.42. reset and lets see . ill let you know thanks for help.
