netgear r7000

netgear r7000 not recognizing router

 

has worked up until yesterday -  my optimum router has been tested and is fine.  Please help, thanks!

    What optimum router is it connected to?

    Because if its truly a router it causes a double nat. 

    You could put the netgear in AP mode and connect it.
