So I should do that? Also what about the bandwidth settings in the qos section
This is a repeat from plemans recommendations above.
Yes, do a firmware default reset and reconfigure from scratch. Do not use a backup configuration file to restore settings. Best to connect to the router via an ethernet cable from a real computer and a web browser.
Yes, leave QOS disabled, bandwidth doesn't matter when it is disabled. Also disable parental control, access control, and traffic monitoring. If you find automatic firmware update turned on, turn it off.

Nov 16, 2021Well I will give it itry tomorrow and see how it goes
- Retired_MemberNov 20, 2021Well I did a reset and set the router back up again. The firmware was up to date with the firmware I had downloaded. Qos is off. Ran multiple tests both wireless and wired. Now getting over 210 mbps download and almost 12mbps upload. This is what I should be getting. I pay for 200mbps. I'm going to continue to monitor the speeds. One hiccup yesterday is the router showed it was connected to internet however it had not access. Had to reboot router to fix. So gonna monitor that. Thanks for the help. Any ideas or things I should continue to check?
- Retired_MemberNov 20, 2021So I just did another test this morning and I wasn't getting 100mbps rebooted router again and now it's back up to where it should be any thoughts?

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
