  Go to the Downloads section at the top of this page, feed in your router model number (R7800). It will take you to a page where you can download the user manual.

  You're info is brief. Are you trying to use both networks at the same time on the same device?
  
  Trying to have the 2x networks running but with separate ssid's?
  What are you actually trying to do?
  
  By default (pretty sure it's the default option) the R7800 uses smart connect which combines the 2.4ghz and 5ghz network into one network so they don't show up separately. They both still work but devices can bandsteer between the 2 networks.
