You can try saving a backup configuration and reinstalling that after the reset.
But try the switch after the reset and default configuration. If it works but not after you resetore, then you know you need manually reinstall it and not use the backup.

Do the ethernet leds on the switch turn on when devices are plugged in?
Anytime I have an issue after a firmware upgrade, the first troubleshooting step I take is a factory reset.
If its the only change made, that's where I'd start.

plemans - Thank you so much for the reply!
The Leds do light up. They also do on the device. as if its trying to connect and keeps getting disconnected. I have not tried the factory reset cause of the pain to set it up all over again. Is there an easier way to do it and get back all the configs?

So couple of things but bottom line is I needed to factory reset and then setup again!
- I left it alon for a couple of days (got busy) and the wired devices started to appear. But they were flaky- they would disconnect, come up with diff IPs from time to time, ... and I could not add any wifi clients either as they behaved the same.
- I then took a back up and did a factory reset, and uploaded from backup. All seemed to work well for a couple of days but then it started to act up again (although the consistency of the devices being on was better)
Finally I factory reset and then setup my Wifi/other config manually and now all is good.
Thank you so much for all your help and guidance!!
