Did you reboot in the right sequence?
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
What's the modem/gateway/ONT between the R6350 and the Internet?
How are you setting up the R6350? It is often best done with a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI):

I pretty much did in that sequence. Waited 3 mins instead of 2 and unplugged each instead of powered off. Didn’t power off my computer though. I am trying to log into netgear through a web browser. It’s letting me enter my security questions and confirming my password but then when I go to login to netgear it says no internet connection. Then suddenly it started working this morning after trying all night and morning, I was able to log in to netgear but still internet says connected but I can’t get to any website because it says no internet.
